I found someone claiming that the primary model in the video is an English model and dancer named Lisa Moore, although I have been unable to find anyone named Lisa Moore who looks like the girl in the video.

One anonymous person asserts very confidently that the model's name is Lisa Moore, a professional dancer and model from Benfleet, Essex. Oddly enough for a model, I cannot find a single picture on the web of anyone named Lisa Moore who looks remotely like the "Pretty Green Eyes" model.
